The PTFE-lined storage tanks and containers produced by our company, PTFE-lined anticorrosion equipment, are primarily made using 3mm PTFE sheets through special processing techniques. These products are not only widely applicable but also have a longer service life compared to traditional engineering plastic products. Below is the processing technology for our PTFE equipment:

1. The tank body is formed according to the drawings.
2. The completed steel-lined PTFE storage tank undergoes internal surface sandblasting (Note: sandblasting must be done using iron grit).
3. The raw PTFE sheet undergoes two sodium treatments.
4. Apply adhesive evenly on both the PTFE sheet and the tank surface twice.
5. PTFE sheet application: Heat the PTFE sheet and use professional tools with manual force to smoothly apply the PTFE sheet onto the equipment surface.
6. Trim the joint between two PTFE sheets into a V-shaped groove.
7. Weld the groove using PFA round strips, then level the welded strips with the PTFE sheet, followed by welding with wide PFA welding strips.
8. Conduct an overall inspection of the equipment using a 15kV spark tester.
Processing methods include: outsourcing processing, design, custom processing, production, construction according to drawings, external processing, etc. The specific method is determined based on customer requirements.
